Requirements:

• The candidates are able to drive motor bike with valid driving license to visit the field frequently and sometimes may stay at the field level.

• Having excellent interpersonal skills, report writing in English with computer proficiency and capable to ensure Human Rights for Policy Mobilization and Access to Land Rights as Human Rights.

• Ability to whole time pressure and work in a team and be flexible in challenging situation with risk.

• Experience on Land Rights and Mobilization will get preference.

• Prepare/Plan, Work plan/Action plan of intensive field visit for learning the needs and plan for small scale Family Farming or joint Agro-Ecological demonstrative Farming or the Cooperatives with the objectives of livelihood and policy mobilization to achieve legislation or Agrarian/land use policies.

• Sharing with the farmers and assess the opportunities and issues need to be analysed and initiate the self-help planning for integrated Organic Farming in individual house hold premises or collectively in a cluster basis..

• Prepare a baseline data and document the current good practices by the women Farmers.

• Train-up the target groups on the new/ improved environment based practices.

• Motivating the poor and vulnerable groups to improve their livelihood & development and ensure poverty reduction strategy.

• Motivating the target people to consume pollution free hygienic Food production, consumption & commoditization.

• Developing manuals for organic agriculture to promote and conserve biodiversity & the ecosystem.

• Train-up the beneficiaries for Agro-forestation, Vegetables cultivation, Compost, Vermin Compost preparation, Horticulture practices and develop market chain/agro-business network for socio-economic and environmental benefits.

• Develop the Food chain or food bank for inclusive food security round the year.

• Formulation of the policy and strategy to safe people from natural hazardous like drought, flood, cyclones, storm, rainfall and from pandemic or recession.

• Preparing thematic idea and policies in the context of adverse climate change

• Sometimes survey of the soil test sample to increase soil fertility and productivity.

• Creating awareness on conservation of ecology and environment by land use policy, promoting agroforestry, livestock pastoralism, fisheries and organic pesticides and insecticides or herbicides.

• Arrange and implement different workshops, seminar, and campaign, and leaflet, poster on the scenario of climate change, food security, environmental rights, soil, air, and water pollution with the natural science.

• Involving the activities with Land grabbing, Rangeland management, Environmental rights, Food security, Climate change purposes, in consultation with ED and the

• members of the PO/CSOs/Policy Makers. Supporting help to prepare "Environmental based policy Framework" in line with the organizational vision mission and the contextual demands.

• Ensure enabling environment & relationship among the staff of the organization and other departments along with the partners/donors/to write up the concept note for funding and technical capacity building.

• Ensure systematic documentation with the results & impact of the program and prepare the grant proposal for internal and external support for negotiation.

• Prepare monthly report quarterly & yearly in association with the PO (Documentation)/Case studies/watch reports/learning materials/Training Calendars

• Build up a sound team to work to achieve the organization's Goal and objectives.

• Representation & regular attending the webinar, participation, in zoom meeting, & prepare participatory training modules etc. in cooperation with Training section.

• Associate with Executive Director to develop & implement fund raising on a regular basis and write up the concept note, as well as the proposals.

• Providing Financial/technical assistance/support to the target communities to operate livelihood organic project, continuous research, monitoring and evaluate the field activities and on findings & initiate capacity building.

• Additional engagement with any other emergency or special work given by the ED/DD of CDA would be performed for building the Organizational Image & for broader linkage across the world.

• After successful completion of six months' probation period, he/she will be regularized with other benefits as per Organizational policy.
