Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. Educational qualifications may be flexible for experienced female candidates.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in community mobilization/training. Experience working in Readymade Garments (RMG) sector will be preferred.
Excellent facilitation skills.
Excellent inter-personal communication skills
Excellent in teamwork and networking
Good computer operating skills including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in field locations.
Experience working in child protection, safeguarding, child labour prevention or adolescent development is desirable
Experience in referral and case management systems is desirable
Experience supporting adolescent livelihoods or skills development programmes is desirable

The Opportunity
Community Mobilizer will play a key role in implementing project interventions at local level to prevent and address child labour and support adolescents (age 14–17) engaged in or at risk of hazardous work. This position is responsible for identifying eligible adolescents, engaging parents and caregivers, mobilizing community stakeholders, facilitating access to services and strengthening community-based protection and referral mechanisms to support adolescents’ transition into decent work opportunities and improved wellbeing. The position will work closely with Community-Based Child Protection Committees (CBCPCs), Child Rights Focal Points (CRFPs), participating factories, the Centre for Child Rights and Business, local government institutions and community leaders to ensure high-quality implementation of project activities.
Also, this position will be responsible for day-to-day field implementation while ensuring that all activities are implemented in accordance with Save the Children's Child Safeguarding Policy, Child Rights Programming principles, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), and accountability standards at community level in project operation.
