Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum experience of 2 years with NGOs, UN agencies or international development organizations, and out of 3 years of experience in the Health project or Programme as MEAL or related position.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge on current national and global development trends related to Data management, analysis etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Support implementation of MEAL plans, logframes, and indicator tracking tools
- Conduct routine monitoring visits, spot checks, and post-distribution monitoring (PDM)
- Ensure systematic data collection, verification, cleaning, and entry using approved tools
- Support baseline, endline, and periodic assessments
Data Management, Analysis and Reporting
- Maintain project databases and ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and gaps
- Prepare regular monitoring reports and data summaries
Accountability to Affected Population (AAP)
- Support community feedback and complaint response mechanisms (FCRM)
- Ensure feedback is recorded, tracked, and responded to in a timely manner
- Conduct community consultations and satisfaction surveys
Learning and Knowledge Management
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories
- Support learning and reflection meetings
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and organizational MEAL frameworks
- Support audits, evaluations, and assessments as required
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
