Skill and Competencies:

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field.

• Minimum experience of 2 years with NGOs, UN agencies or international development organizations, and out of 3 years of experience in the Health project or Programme as MEAL or related position. 

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge on current national and global development trends related to Data management, analysis etc.  

Monitoring and Evaluation

•  Support implementation of MEAL plans, logframes, and indicator tracking tools
•  Conduct routine monitoring visits, spot checks, and post-distribution monitoring (PDM)
•  Ensure systematic data collection, verification, cleaning, and entry using approved tools
• Support baseline, endline, and periodic assessments

Data Management, Analysis and Reporting

•  Maintain project databases and ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and gaps
• Prepare regular monitoring reports and data summaries

Accountability to Affected Population (AAP)

•  Support community feedback and complaint response mechanisms (FCRM)
•  Ensure feedback is recorded, tracked, and responded to in a timely manner
• Conduct community consultations and satisfaction surveys

Learning and Knowledge Management

•  Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories
•  Support learning and reflection meetings

Other Responsibilities

•  Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and organizational MEAL frameworks
•  Support audits, evaluations, and assessments as required
•  Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
