Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HSC acceptable with strong field experience).

  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience and those from the respective districts.

Skills Required: Field Facilitator

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 35 years
  • 3 years of relevant experience in community mobilization, DRR, or development projects.

  • Experience in data collection, community engagement, and field reporting will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and community facilitation skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the working area.

  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in using smartphones, data collection apps, and basic MS Office.

  • Strong communication with rural communities

  • Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure

  • Basic skills in smartphone data collection (KoBo/ODK)

  • Age may be relaxed for experienced candidates in the relevant field.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: National Development Programme (NDP) is going to implement the Resilience Innovation Programme (RIP), funded by the World Food Programme (WFP), aimed at strengthening community resilience and ensuring effective support for shock-affected populations. NDP is inviting applications from qualified and eligible candidates for the position of Field Facilitator (FF) under this project. Appointment will be subject to donor approval.

Responsibilities/Tasks: 

  • Implement all field-level activities following the project plan.

  • Mobilize communities and ensure active participation of beneficiaries.

  • Conduct household surveys, interviews, FGD, and community assessments.

  • Facilitate training sessions, awareness meetings, and group sessions.

  • Support beneficiary selection following approved criteria.

  • Collect accurate field data and submit reports in time.

  • Assist in distribution, cash transfers, and emergency support activities.

  • Maintain strong communication with local leaders, volunteers, and community groups.

  • Identify community issues and report them to the Upazila Coordinator.

  • Follow safeguarding, child protection, and PSEA policies in all interactions.

  • Document field activities, attendance sheets, photos, and testimonials.

  • Support any monitoring visits, surveys, or audits.
