Job Context:

∎ He will be required to manage specialized software for the company, work closely with users to solve any issues and have good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Every customer will have to provide all support for the server online and mobile every day.
∎ Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
∎ Must have experience working on payment issue.
∎ Must have good knowledge about MS Excel account with fast typing in English
∎ Data collection and customer data will be updated regularly.
∎ Accounting should be proficient.
∎ Be experienced in customer communication.
∎ Candidate must have good skills on computer.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services.
∎ Technical services & support Implement support disaster recovery solutions.
∎ Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
∎ Should be punctual, sincere and devoted to responsibility.
∎ Should have good manner, attitude and convincing skill.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer's needs.
∎ Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years

∎ Business awareness: specific knowledge of the customer and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge for the organization goal.
∎ Having knowledge on file system

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
