Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Accountant to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.
∎ We are looking for smart & skills in professional Accountant for "SAM Solution Limited"
∎ Full time permanent job with Accounts/Finance Background.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & preparing all kind of vouchers, cashbook, bankbook, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
∎ Preparing and submitting account receivable and payment settlement on monthly basis.
∎ Checking of all bills/invoices/vouchers and give authorization after confirming the accuracy.
∎ Summarizes current financial status by collecting information preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
∎ Preparing and submitting monthly revenue and expenditure statement.
∎ Preparing and submitting receipt and payment account on monthly basis.
∎ Preparing and submitting income statement and balance sheet on Monthly basis.
∎ Collect/realize payment against sales/revenue/account receivable.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management.
∎ Ensure release of staff's salaries and other overheads payments on regular basis with high level of compliance
∎ Any other task assigned by the authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 6 year(s) of experience as accountant.
∎ Experience in managing financial control of international clinical research projects will be preferred
∎ Fluency in both languages English and Bangla
∎ Good leadership skills & Excellent documentation skills
∎ Decision-making, planning and organizing skills
∎ Prepare & maintain accounting journals, ledgers & other records detailing financial business transactions.
∎ Prepare cash & Bank voucher, Cash Book maintain, Cash Deposit & withdrawal from the Bank & Maintain Daily Cash.
∎ All kind of accounts related works.
