Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation/Troubleshooting ability on ICT Systems
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues
∎ Willing to provide Support to Customer when require (24X7) both on-site and remotely.
∎ Expert in designing, deploying, administering, troubleshooting, and tuning Windows systems in a medium to large enterprise environment.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Virtualization and Storage solution.
∎ Must have proper knowledge of Corporate Network Architecture & IT Infrastructure.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and capable to work as a Team.
∎ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are part of the position requirements and competence in report write-up.
