Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems.
∎ Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house data, voice, video and wireless network services with proven VoIP background quickly analyze customer requirement, environments and design, and implement Asterisk/ Asterisk Based Call Center Solution.
∎ Manage servers - both physical and virtual; including file systems, server's back up, and failover configuration.
∎ Responsible for the configuration, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and network infrastructures.
∎ Deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, and other hardware.
∎ Involvement in Deployment of Network and System Security Solution.
∎ Maintain Communication with Service Providers, Vendors, and partners regular basis.
∎ Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, and other network appliances.
∎ Write-up technical specifications as per requirement of operation as well as for client's.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have basic understandings of windows and network troubleshooting.
∎ Provide IT Support at user end as per requirements.
∎ Hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
∎ Good verbal and written command of the English language is a must.
Salary: Tk. 14500 (Monthly)
