- Age 22 to 30 years
- Must have basic understandings of windows and network troubleshooting.
- Provide IT Support at user end as per requirements.
- Hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
- Good verbal and written command of the English language is a must.
Responsibilities & Context:
To provide system support and general configuration of software.
First line network fault handling by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages.
Communication with Clients and operators with follow up.
Ensure that all internal IT help desk requests are actioned.
To deal with staff/customers in an empathic and technically effective manner.
Provide technical assistance as required for new client projects.
Ensure active tracking and record for all movement of IT assets.
