Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide system support and general configuration of software.
∎ First line network fault handling by monitoring performance, troubleshooting problems and outages. Communication with Clients and operators with follow up.
∎ Ensure that all internal IT help desk requests are actioned.
∎ To deal with staff/customers in an empathic and technically effective manner.
∎ Provide technical assistance as required for new client projects.
∎ Ensure active tracking and record for all movement of IT assets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have basic understandings of windows and network troubleshooting.
∎ Provide IT Support at user end as per requirements.
∎ Hardworking and willing to take up challenges.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility.
∎ Good verbal and written command of the English language is a must.

Salary: Tk. 14500 (Monthly)
