∎ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IP phone support to client at client premises.
∎ Ensuring customer problems are identified and resolved.
∎ Escalating issues where necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Be able to interact with clients professionally and technically.
∎ Strong communication and client-facing skills.
∎ Excellent problem solving, debugging/troubleshooting skills.
