Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise day-to-day activities of poultry shed worker.
∎ Supervise day-to-day routine work of the poultry shed.
∎ Taking weekly body weight of the flock aiming to allocate feed for the male and female.
∎ Doing daily eye grading of the birds.
∎ Attending daily feeding in the morning.
∎ Doing routine vaccine of the birds with greater care.
∎ Maintaining strong operational biosecurity of the farm.
∎ Hiring skilled worker from the job market.
∎ Maintaining all flock registers for records.
∎ Making all report to monitor the flock status.
∎ Follow the instruction of superior (Officer/ Farm manager/ GM) as and when necessary)
