Additional Requirements:
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to BSCI, Sedex, ICS, SLCP, and Higg FEM audits.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools to monitor performance and pipeline management.

  • Proven experience in audit sales within the TIC industry or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead market development initiatives in Bangladesh, focusing on client retention and sales growth.

  • Drive product promotion and sales activities, ensuring the achievement of set sales targets.

  • Develop and implement personalized sales plans, including customer visits and the expansion of the client base.

  • Build and maintain comprehensive client databases and resource files.

  • Assist the National Sales Head in formulating effective sales strategies, sales plans, and establishing measurable sales targets.

  • Prepare and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost control and the optimization of sales profits.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, oversee their execution, and coordinate related market activities.

  • Develop strong client relationships through regular visits, fostering collaboration and loyalty.

  • Supervise and coordinate the sales team’s daily activities, ensuring efficient sales operations.

  • Monitor local and regional market trends, including competitor pricing strategies, and adapt sales tactics accordingly.

  • Analyze market data, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant departments.

  • Review client files and business transaction records to ensure accuracy, identify opportunities, and enhance overall sales performance.

  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to BSCI, Sedex, ICS, SLCP, and Higg FEM audits.

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools to monitor performance and pipeline management.
