• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a third-party inspection company or textile industry

• Strong knowledge of Softline & Hardline goods and technical audits

• Skilled in spoken and written English

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Self-motivated, quality-driven, customer-focused, and responsive

• Capable of interacting with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients

• Lead and manage daily inspection activities

• Provide technical support to QC / inspectors

• Support training, evaluations, and internal audits

• Prepare and update working instructions, checklists, and client requirements

• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports

• Develop SOPs, training content, and inspection protocols

• Build and manage the technical support team

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Eurofins CPA standards

• Maintain strong relationships with coordinators and stakeholders

• Motivate and guide the inspection team to achieve operational excellence

• Communicate inspection updates and tasks to senior management

• Perform other jobs as assigned by the Line Manager
