Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a third-party inspection company or textile industry
Strong knowledge of Softline & Hardline goods and technical audits
Skilled in spoken and written English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated, quality-driven, customer-focused, and responsive
Capable of interacting with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage daily inspection activities
Provide technical support to QC / inspectors
Support training, evaluations, and internal audits
Prepare and update working instructions, checklists, and client requirements
Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
Develop SOPs, training content, and inspection protocols
Build and manage the technical support team
Handle customer complaints professionally
Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Eurofins CPA standards
Maintain strong relationships with coordinators and stakeholders
Motivate and guide the inspection team to achieve operational excellence
Communicate inspection updates and tasks to senior management
Perform other jobs as assigned by the Line Manager
