Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set Daily/Weekly/Monthly production objectives and communicate with employees.
∎ organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
∎ Assessing production and resource requirements
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Submit reports on performance and progress of production.
∎ Train newly hired operator/helper on how to safely use of machinery and follow the procedure
∎ supervising the work of junior staff
∎ organizing relevant training sessions
∎ Follow the seniors' instructions

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
