Experience:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university.

* Preferred Background: Computer Science, Software Engineering

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

* 4+ year of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation or support.

* Functional knowledge in at least 1 of the following areas: SCM, Sales, Commercial, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement. Knowledge in Textile Manufacturing will be highly recommended.

* Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, or Odoo Reporting modules.

* Familiarity with development lifecycle.

* Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills.

* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Team player with the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

*Provide end-to-end Odoo ERP support across modules: SCM, Sales, Commercial, and Manufacturing.
* Participate in system configuration, testing, data preparation & migration, and support activities.
* Assist users in understanding ERP workflows and help troubleshoot functional and basic technical issues.
* Develop and customize basic Odoo views, actions, reports, and workflows under supervision.
* Work with BI  (Business initiative) tools and odoo reporting tools to generate reports, dashboards, and visual analytics for various departments.
* Collaborate with BPOs, PUs, and Master Data teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
* Prepare and maintain documentation for functional setups, customizations and NR-CR support log.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of ERP operations.
