Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle and manage customer inquiries through calls, messages, and direct communication.
Deal with clients during customer visits and assist in closing sales or agreements.
Maintain strong customer relationship and provide proper support when needed.
Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Assign responsibilities to team members and follow up on progress.
Maintain daily reports and update management regularly.
Ensure professional behavior and discipline within the team.
