Responsibilities & Context:

1. Reply to customer messages and inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.

2. Communicate with clients over phone calls and provide product-related information.

3. Follow up with interested customers and maintain professional communication to convert leads into sales.

4. Understand customer requirements and provide proper support and guidance.

5. Maintain daily communication records and customer follow-ups.

6. Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets.

7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
