Education:
- Diploma in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (flexible based on experience).
Requirements:
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House
Skills Required: Knit and Woven,QC,Quality Control Management,Quality Supervisor,Washing quality
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
Experience: Minimum 7 years in QA/QC, preferably in a buying house (knit and woven, both specializations required).
Strong knowledge of knit & woven quality standards (AQL, defects handling, etc.).
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
Preference given to candidates with buying house experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure quality standards of knit & woven garments as per buyer requirements.
Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections.
Monitor factory production processes to maintain quality compliance.
Coordinate with merchandising & production teams for timely deliveries.
Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare inspection reports and communicate with buyers/suppliers.
Candidates must be willing to visit factories frequently.
