∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Reputed Public or Private Organization
∎ Having PGD in HRM will get preference.
∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,IBA, Rajshahi University students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Emotional Intalligence,Training and Development
∎ Skills Required: Teaching/ Training, Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Organizational Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ Must-Have Good knowledge of Communication In English ( writing & Speaking).
∎ knowledge in Organizational Development and training.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment.
∎ Job Location: Ashulia, Savar Dhaka.
∎ Those who do not meet the requirements need not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate yearly and mid yearly with the Company Performance Appraisal.
∎ Keep all the data related to Company Performance Appraisal in order and updated.
∎ Prepare the annual development training by department.
∎ Coordinate all technical training provided by the facility.
∎ Support the implementation of the annual development training program.
∎ Assist in ensuring the logistic to realize the training programs.
∎ Support that all the data related to training are in order and updated.
∎ Support that the electronic database of the trainings are updated on time.
∎ Make Induction for new employees.
∎ Conduct the Documents Training for the new employee and ensure the record is in the employee file.
∎ Provide Regular Training on Code of Conduct and policies.
∎ Statistic of trainings given to employees.
∎ Support the implementation of the Recognitions programs established by HR dept.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.
∎ Technically sound and talent.
∎ Strong personality, Desirable.
∎ Team working skills.
∎ Strong managerial skills.
∎ Ability to motivate team and others.
∎ Interpersonal skills.
∎ IT skills ( ERP system & MS Office).
∎ Ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected situations.
∎ Research & development skill.
∎ Cope up the new technical standard or changes.
