Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols to meet product specifications and customer expectations.
∎ Overseeing the daily production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders.
∎ Monitoring the production process to identify potential issues and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
∎ Ensure that products meet required quality standards through inspections and testing.
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes (inspection stage) comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
∎ Responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) & policies.
∎ Supervise entry and exit points of the factory.
∎ Check and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and personnel.
∎ Oversee loading/unloading of finished goods to prevent theft or loss.·         Maintain daily incident logs, visitor logs, gate pass records, and material movement registers.
∎ Report incidents (theft, accident, disputes, or fire) to factory management immediately.
∎ Support HR and Admin in handling worker unrest, disputes, or disciplinary issues.
∎ Identify potential threats (internal theft, fire risks, labor unrest).·         Operate and monitor CCTV systems.
∎ Troubleshoot minor technical issues and promptly notify the maintenance department of any major breakdowns through proper channels.
