Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's in relevant discipline from any recognised University/ Institutions with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the operation of all the community centers
∎ Provide front line support to staffs in relation to material, administrative and logistical needs to enable their work efficiently
∎ Provide technical and managerial supervision to the staffs including giving guidance, advice on their work, maintain attendance record and monitor and evaluate their performance
∎ Make referrals and follow up on urgent cases of individuals with specific needs referred by info staffs to partners, other service providers with an aim to find the best possible solutions for the individual cases
∎ Work with donor personnel to create ongoing partnership
∎ Attend and participate in CWC and info hub sub group cluster meeting in Cox's Bazar level
∎ Manage visitors, high delegates and donor delegates
∎ Conducts community consultations to design center operations
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly as well for partner and sectoral use of HCMP-BRAC
∎ Working in budget preparing, review team and keep following up the expenditures
∎ Report to Coordinator on overall sector updates

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in Humanitarian or of any other relevant sectors is required
∎ Good knowledge of Gender Base Violence and Protection
∎ Expertise in Community Mobilization
∎ Good knowledge of SGBV in Emergency context.
∎ Ability to handle a Team
∎ Ability to use computers and have knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills & fluent in English language
