Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage service, maintenance, and repair activities of electric two wheelers
Diagnose and troubleshoot battery, controller, motor, charger, and electrical systems
Ensure proper preventive maintenance schedule and service quality
Guide technicians and helpers for effective service delivery
Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate with inventory/store team
Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines
Handle technical customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Prepare service reports, job cards, and performance updates
Support PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), warranty claims, and technical training when required
