Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in CSE/ EEE/Network Technologies from renowned institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install and support LAN, WAN, Internet and Intranet systems.
∎ Install and maintain network related hardware and software.
∎ Maintain office network connectivity LAN and WAN.
∎ Configure and install Router, Switch, Server and other networking devices related to fiber and wireless.
∎ Troubleshoot, monitor and report network related operational issues to upper level.
∎ Give full level-1 support to customers including troubleshooting, phone/email communication and escalation to level-2 if required.
∎ Internal communication with site engineers and different department in charge to give full customer support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year job experience in ISP
∎ Sound Knowledge IP subnetting, PPPoE, Hotspot, NAT, Routing, Bandwidth Management.
∎ CCNA (Preferable)
∎ Red Hat Linux/ Windows Server (Preferable)
∎ Practical experience on handling office network or ISP setup.
