Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution
∎ Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, preparing resolution and guiding clients through corrective steps.
∎ Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and other communication media
∎ Escalate issues as required, act as the liaison between the field, monitoring and core engineering teams to drive technical resolution
∎ Manage network servers and technology tools
∎ Work effectively in a team environment with pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
∎ Prepare and analyze technical reports according to requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Customer service skills
∎ Strong decision-making skills
∎ Managing processes
∎ Analyzing information
∎ Help desk experience
∎ Experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Routing, switching, security, monitoring system & troubleshooting in ISP domain
