Responsibilities & Context:

This customer-facing role is designed to guide individuals through Englishology/Fast Track’s core services in Dhaka. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for our customers, helping them to choose the right English courses, processing study abroad applications, and ensuring smooth exam administration. Your focus will be on providing excellent, friendly service and keeping our daily operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Support

  • Customer Journey & Sales: Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer inquiries. Understand their needs, recommend the right services, and guide them smoothly from their first question to final enrolment.

  • Enrolment & Administration: Handle the administrative side of customer on-boarding. Accurately process applications, registrations, and payments to ensure a hassle-free experience.

  • Ongoing Support: Be the go-to person for enrolled students. Answer their questions, resolve day-to-day issues, and provide consistently high-quality customer service.

  • Pipeline Tracking: Keep neat, accurate records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and sales progress using our Customer Information Management System.

2. Study Abroad Administration

  • Student Counselling: Advise prospective students on study abroad options, providing clear information on university requirements, tuition fees, and accommodation.

  • Application Processing: Help students gather necessary documents and ensure their university applications are submitted accurately and on time.

  • Visa & Travel Assistance: Guide applicants through the visa process and help coordinate simple logistics, such as processing tuition payments and arranging airport pickups.

  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up-to-date on basic university criteria and destination information so you can confidently assist your students.

3. Exam Administration

  • Exam Logistics: Manage the test registration process from start to finish. Handle candidate data entry, collect fees, and schedule test sessions smoothly.

  • Test Security & Invigilation: Help organise exam venues and proctors. When required, act as an invigilator yourself, making sure all exam board rules are strictly followed.

  • Post-Exam Support: Coordinate the prompt distribution of test results, address candidate queries, and help maintain a smooth working relationship with our exam boards.

General Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with colleagues, including the team in Chattogram, to share helpful tips and best practices.

  • Lend a hand to other teams when needed to support the overall goals of the centre.
