We are recruiting a Cambridge CELTA qualified English language teacher who will join our team as an Academic Specialist. Aside from performing teaching and assessment duties to a high standard, they will develop themselves as an expert of all our learning and assessment products, and use that knowledge to contribute to overall service delivery, business improvement, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver high quality and communicative English language and professional skills lessons and workshops.

• Implement appropriate assessment techniques and tools to assess learning and give effective feedback to learners. 

• Develop knowledge and stay updated about a range of teaching, learning and assessment products delivered by Englishology, and use that knowledge to synthesise impactful and efficient learning and development solutions for clients and learners.

• Use your own product and academic knowledge to assist and inform colleagues engaged in service delivery, operations, sales, marketing, and business development.

• Provide high quality customer service to learners and course/workshop participants within the role of an Academic Specialist. 

• Actively engage in continuous professional development which may include but not be limited to reflective practice, observations, being mentored, research, training, and working toward further professional/educational qualifications.
