Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge about the processes involved in successfully coordinating British Council Registrations and Exams.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge about the range of English courses at Penston
∎ Advising & Counseling students on their study options with Penston
∎ Establishes, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.
∎ Ensure engagement with target audience along social media sites, websites and live sessions.
∎ Track enquires on social media sites and respond to them in proper manner.
