The Strategic Business Development Manager is responsible for leading the growth for ACI PLC's property business by building partnerships, expanding into new markets, and integrating digital solutions. The role focuses on creating and executing growth strategies, finding new revenue opportunities, and positioning ACI as a strong player in Bangladesh's emerging PropTech space
Reports to: Head of Demand Generation and Sales Program
What You Will Do
Lead annual and long-term strategy for ACI's property and PropTech verticals
Identify high-growth segments, investment opportunities, and scalable business models
Translate strategy into go-to-market plans and revenue pipelines
Identify and onboard PropTech partners and technology solutions
Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from sourcing to closure
Track global and regional trends to bring relevant innovations locally
Build relationships with developers, regulators, and key industry bodies
Represent ACI in industry forums, events, and public-private platforms
Negotiate partnerships and maintain a strong business opportunity pipeline
Conduct market research and analyze trends, policies, and demand drivers
Develop monetization models and business cases for new initiatives
Provide strategic insights on competitors and market shifts
Track KPIs such as pipeline, conversions, and revenue contribution
Manage CRM systems for pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
Develop proposals, pitch decks, and support sales activation
Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams
Lead cross-functional initiatives for new launches and expansions
