Garments Accessories, Garments accessories Store, Store Management
Job Context:
∎ The Store in charge will plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve the visibility and service of the store. He will maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
∎ Ensure user and management needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient. Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Forecast staffing and items merchandise needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.
∎ May require a bachelor`s degree or its equivalent at least 5 -10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field`s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to top management. The successful candidate will maintain and adjust operations to stay within the corporate budget and make any changes necessary to sustain the projected profit margin for each quarter.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will monitor of all store Manpower duties & Job responsibility;
∎ He will maintain & follow up of Stock Register all Imported Oriented Items;
∎ He will maintain of Stock Register all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing Etc.;
∎ He will maintain of Stock Register all Imported and Local Leather’s;
∎ A store in charge will maintaining of Stock Register all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment’s;
∎ He will also maintain of Order Ways Swatch Card/ Trims Card;
∎ Will prepared of Monthly Stock Statement by Computer and Report to Director & Others Related Person’s;
∎ Will maintain all Stock Register by The Bin Card System;
∎ Will maintain all M.R.R. And M.S.R. By the Computer & Report to Management;
∎ To Face the Annual Inventory with The External & Internal Auditor;
∎ Planning the Consumption of all Individual order of Buyers’ Report to Management;
∎ Will maintain of all Order’s & Buyer’s Ways After Shipment Closing Report;
∎ Will maintaining & follow up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA) by Store Manager Job Description Etc.;
∎ Will confirm daily opening and closing of entire exit doors of the factory to confirm security of assets;
∎ Will ensure daily shipment procedure maintaining entire system and report to concern;
∎ Ensure the store is kept clean;
∎ Will ensure Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves;
∎ Ensure that the merchandise should be according to the season as well as the latest trends;
∎ Ensure that the store is well lit, ventilated and offers a positive ambience to the customers;
∎ Ensure that the signage displaying the name and logo of the store is installed at the right place and viewable to all;
∎ Make sure that the users feel safe and comfortable in the store. It is his key responsibility to make sure that the user and visitor leaves the store with a pleasant smile.
∎ The security and safety of the store is his responsibility. The store in charge must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”;
∎ He along with his subordinates are responsible for planning, managing of the store as well as collating daily other necessary reports.
∎ He must ensure that the store is free from pilferage.

Read Before Apply: A UK Based Women Fast Fashion Brand Is looking for an individual responsible for managing the overall functioning of the store, for its Bangladesh Operation Plant in Mirpur, Dhaka. He will take care of the day to day operations of the store and ensures maximum profitability for his store. Only males are eligible to apply, however in certain cases the selection might depend on the merchandise available in the store. He will train his store team members for their overall development. He must act as a strong pillar of support and stand by his team at the hour of crisis.
