• Responsible for maintaining daily receive and the issue of materials (Fabric, Accessories and general store items, etc.)

• Prepare monthly stock reports and ensure the minimum level of stock positions regularly.

• Carry out regular physical random store items checks of commodities and inventories.

• Supervise the receipt of all arriving products.

• Ensure the integrity of the stores` area is maintained at all times

• To ensure accurate accounting of all transactions to and from the stores

• Record keeping and assist management by given accurate information on the stock and in/out.

• Responsible for the overall operation of the store.

• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store.

• Ensure proper inventory of all arrived goods at the store.

• Receive materials from local, foreign suppliers or any other sources as per L/C and purchase approved documents.

• Distribute store materials as per requisition.

• Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.

• Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Ensure the safety of the store.

• Responsible to arrange Monthly, Yearly Physical Inventory & submit to the Management in Time Able to prepare a closing summary.

• Maintain stores as per legal and compliance requirements.
