Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and monitor store-related administrative activities.
∎ Maintain records and registers as per buyers.
∎ Monitoring and Controlling monthly Inventory accordingly, Participates in physical Inventories by counting stock.
∎ Work closely with the finance and accounting department.
∎ Ensure a smooth supply of raw materials to the floor.
∎ Responsible to arrange distribution of products to different Customers.
∎ Supervising and supporting the activities of Store staff,
∎ Maintain Inventory by using the software.
∎ Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly stock statements of the designated floor.
∎ Checking bills, vouchers, receipts, and all documents for authenticity.
∎ All Purchase requisition Follow up.
∎ Overseeing storage of surplus inventory by using a warehouse management system.
∎ Maintain Inventory management with the proper accounting system.
∎ Delivery of all exported goods.
∎ Coach, mentor and develop the team dedicated to inventory management, logistics, planning, and purchasing to achieve organizational effectiveness and professional development.
∎ Monitor deviations from budget, take corrective actions and report to top management.
∎ Work closely with the Head of Finance/Accounts to manage and oversee financial and business planning activities.
∎ Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate, etc.
∎ Evaluate the subordinate's activities & confirm their performance appraisal on yearly basis.
∎ Provide the required support and help all team members to perform their activities perfectly.
∎ Monitoring the housekeeping and safety issues of the entire storage area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in managerial positions.
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Inventory & Logistic Management in reputed industries.
∎ Experience in knit or composite factories will be preferred.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
