Alam Garments is the largest and reputed manufacturers of baby wear product in Bangladesh, specializing in quality apparel with a strong focus on children’s comfort. We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to ensure excellent store performance.

Job Responsibilities

·        Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

·        Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve operational and sales goals

·        Ensure high standards of customer service and effectively handle customer queries and complaints

·        Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movement, and maintain proper product displays

·        Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store profitability

·        Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports

·        Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

·        Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail or store management

·        Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills

·        Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

·        Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and POS systems

·        Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and results-oriented
