∎ Graduate/ Masters/ MBA in any discipline.

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Garments, Buying House, Textile, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
∎ Verifying receipt.
∎ Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register of all Imported Items.
∎ Ensure requirements of all accessories according to buyer's demand.
∎ Ensure all accessories supply to the factory according to consumption.
∎ Follow-up Stock Register of all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing Etc.
∎ Ensure inventory of all accessories.
∎ Take initiative to Export the goods properly and make Shipment Closing Report.
∎ Maintain order wise Swatch Cards/Trim Cards.
∎ Prepared Monthly Stock Statement and Report to the Directors.
∎ Maintain & follow up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA).
∎ Work Order Receiving from Merchandising Dept. and distribution to all concern Dept.
∎ Making Batch Plan & distribute to concerned sections.
∎ Coordinating with production, merchandising, accounts and logistics departments to ensure smooth functioning of all activities.
∎ Goods inward, Quality, Storage & out ward.
∎ Heading and organizing the store.
∎ Maintain Day-to-Day Stock Record and Control of Material.
∎ Maintain Day-to-Day Material Issue to Concern Person and keeping the record of the same.
∎ Responsible for material receipt (raw materials, packing material) received from vendor, Material inspection as per invoice. Making GRN.
∎ Inventory checking, transporter bills checking and dispose dead stock.
∎ Determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
∎ Enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
∎ Highly knowledge about FIFO, Lean, Store Compliance.
∎ Knowledge about Inventory software, ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-12 years practical working experience in any reputed export oriented Woven & Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Capable to deal promptly with emergency situations
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali & English
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation.
∎ Experienced in software based store and inventory management.
