Responsibilities & Context:
Creating and recording inventory movement databases to maintain safety level of inventory.
Performing physical counts of inventory, and reconciling actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.
Confirm regular & promote delivery to respective client.
Ensuring less damage of inventory product.
Product knowledge, software analysis and Physically FIFO Maintain.
Receiving raw material along with related documents according to requisition & challan copy.
Make comparison report to purchase requisition & budget control.
Ensure to maintain regular data to input into the software.
Ensure checking & receiving of purchase requisitions.
Preparing purchase requisition/order processing.
Check opening & Closing Stocks as per Report on daily basis specially running items.
Ensure all receive and distribution of all spare and general store items with proper documents.
Prepare monthly inventory report on general store items.
Preparing various report as per management requirement.
