1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock (HPL, Acrylic Sheets, Louvers, Aluminium Profiles, Liners, Boards, Artificial Grass, WPC, Gorjon Board, MDF, Marine Board, PVC Board, Glue, Rubber, etc.).

• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess.

• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Support implementation of manual/digital inventory tracking systems.

2. Store Operations

• Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple godowns.

• Ensure safe storage, proper organization, and cleanliness of warehouse areas.

• Enforce safety protocols and train warehouse staff on best practices.

3. Billing & Documentation

• Assist in managing the billing process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

• Verify correct pricing, tax calculations, and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with Finance.

• Maintain proper documentation for dispatch and stock movement.

4. Delivery & Logistics

• Coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Manage transportation logistics for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Liaise with transport vendors and support negotiations to reduce costs.

• Ensure proper handling and safe movement of materials during transportation.

5. Procurement & Supply Coordination

• Support procurement planning by monitoring material usage and forecasting requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.

• Work closely with the Production team to avoid shortages or delays.

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, usage patterns, and dispatch status.

• Highlight discrepancies, wastage, or process gaps and suggest improvements.

7. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce health and safety protocols in warehouses and storage facilities.

• Assist in conducting safety audits and training sessions for staff.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Finance, and Production departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

• Support additional operational tasks as assigned by management.
