Experience:

• At least 5 years

• MBA in Accounting (Professional qualified preferred)

• At least 5 years

• Male preferred

• Cost control, risk management, financial strategies and budget.

• As a Head of Accounts, the Incumbent is responsible of managing, day to day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts, customs bond and Tax & VAT.

Job Responsibilities

• Overall Company`s financial planning.

• Continuous monitoring company’s financial risk, liabilities and investment.

• Continuous monitoring company’s cash & liquidity risk.

• Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning & reporting.

• Improving operational efficiencies, controlling, overheads and optimizing working capital.

• Develop and maintain working relationship with Banks, Auditors & Regulatory agencies.

• Prepare monthly, half yearly & yearly financial statement for management.

• Oversee the company`s financial software system (Tally 9 & AIMS) and ensure that the accounting team effectively maintaining it on a regular basis.

• Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company.

• Oversee all Customs Bond related matters.

• Handling external audits/disputes/appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.

• Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Bank regulations / policies.

• Explore opportunity of cost minimization through effective use of all custom bond related issues.

• Effectively advising the commercial team for opening of import L/C with proper HS code and L/C clause.

• Effectively advising the Sales team & the Credit Control team for the proper for export L/C beneficial to the company.

• Regular reviewing / analyze the actual & budget and give guidance to the accounts team.

• Regular reviewing of the Bank reconciliation & taking steps to ensure companies interest.

• International remittance & foreign exchange delaying.

• Export and fund flow forecasting and proceed realization on maturity payment and overdue tracking.

• Perform Special tasks, as assigned by the Management.
