Graduate from any discipline.

Able to ride motorcycle with a valid driving license.
CSS is a humanitarian and socio-economic development organization that has been operating in Bangladesh since 1972. Within the Health Sector, CSS manages the Reverend Abdul Wadud Memorial Hospital (RAWMH), a 100-bed general hospital located in Tilok, Rupsha, Khulna. Currently, we are seeking an experienced "Store Keeper" who will be responsible for maintaining the store in an efficient, safe, and secure manner.
Job Responsibilities :
Store all items properly, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Check the quality of incoming goods to maintain high standards of the inventory.
Visit the market to gather price rates for different materials and helps in cost control.
Collaborate with management to prioritize program and information needs.
Identify any obstacles or challenges when purchasing materials and proposes solutions.
Analyze financial calculations related to inventory and procurement.
Prepare concise and informative reports for management to keep them updated on store activities.
Maintain the store area clean, orderly, and secure, following safety guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of store items while adhering to organizational procedures.
Receive store items in good and usable condition and maintain proper accounts, ledgers, and records.
Monitor the stock levels regularly and ensures an adequate supply of all items.
Prepare purchase requisitions and quarterly consumption reports, as required by supervisors.
Provide assistance to the Finance, Accounts, and Audit section in fulfilling their responsibilities.
Regularly review the expiry dates of perishable items and promptly notify the appropriate authority in case of any expiry or any items about to exceed the expiry dates.
Ensure ensuring compliance with regulations, office orders and government laws on VAT and Tax.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority to support store operations.
After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy, i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil), etc.
