Application is invited for the position of Store & Inventory Executive, Dept of Store on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H:

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitoring stock levels regularly and ensuring items are well-stocked.

  • Conducting physical stock checks (cycle counts, audits) and reconciling with system data.

  • Tracking and managing inventory movement.

  • Coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.

  • Ensuring proper storage of products to prevent damage.

  • Maintaining product displays and ensuring products are arranged neatly and according to store standards.

  • Inspecting products for defects and reporting issues to the relevant department. Maintaining accurate records of stock levels.

  • Updating the inventory management system with data on stock arrivals.

  • Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Checking for expired or damaged stock and removing or replacing it as necessary.

  • Ensuring that shelves, aisles, and storage areas are tidy and free from hazards.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitoring and ensuring the security of the store and its inventory.

  • Reporting any suspicious activity or security concerns to the relevant authority.

  • Following store policies for loss prevention and theft control.

  • Regularly communicating with senior management or store managers regarding stock levels, issues, or sales performance.

  • Preparing inventory reports and updating management on any significant stock discrepancies.

  • Coordinating with external vendors or suppliers regarding deliveries and stock replenishments.

  • Any other task assigned by the authority.
