Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Store In-Charge or in a similar inventory management role.
• Proficiency in inventory management methods such as LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) and FIFO (First-In-First-Out).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Tally software for accounting and stock management.
Responsibilities & Context:
To conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accurate stock control and reconciliation.
To complete all item requisition documents accurately and file them in a systematic and timely manner.
To record all receipts and issuances of goods promptly in the inventory system.
Coordinate delivery schedules according to approved requisitions to ensure the timely dispatch of goods.
To prepare bills and challans and hand them over to the Office Assistant for further processing.
To generate and submit SCM reports and other documents as assigned by the HOD.
