Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Inventory Control Knowledge, Inventory/ Store Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly delivery report, analyze the delivery statements & report to Accounts department and operations.
∎ Have to maintain entire warehouse and stock by using modern inventory management in excel and Software both.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, receive the stock, deliver an invoice.
∎ Sound knowledge on store auditing.
∎ Ensuring that products received by the warehouse are matched with the actual invoices from the operations and deliveryman in the system.
∎ Maintain and improve productivity, reduce waste, product quality, and Chemical safety standards.
∎ Prepare monthly, weekly and daily reports & maintain invoices according to the delivery.
∎ Coordinate with operations, accounts, supply chain, and other departments.
∎ Prepare and submit a daily performance report to the line manager and accounts.
∎ Maintain FIFO/LIFO for goods movements in compliance with ISO standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accounting Data Entry, Invoice, Report generation, Store Management
