Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ Responsible for controlling the stores operations by ensuring that all materials are correctly handled, recorded received, Stored and issued.
∎ Supervise and maintain record of RM and spare parts Day to day Received & issued and Stock Valuation.
∎ Ensure man mediate Purchase of items which urgent required.
∎ Prepare Monthly inventory all materials through physical inspection.
∎ Maintain Monthly stock and consumption statement.
∎ Prepare Store Purchase Indent for Tally Softwire.
∎ Should ensure that Store as properly maintained and kept clean and tidy and access to the Stores is restricted to authorized personnel only.
∎ Responsible for the safety of the Store.
∎ To collect All Raw Materials Survey report from Head Office & Surveyor.
∎ Maintain Raw Materials Loan files & send to record Logistic Manager Head office.
∎ Maintain records of all permanent assets machine and tools of project.
∎ To store all received materials in a safe and secured place for all project.
∎ To transfer materials out of project as per proper transfer request Gate pass and maintain its record.
∎ To take materials transferred in from others project as per transfer request Gate pass etc. and maintain records of such materials transferred in.
∎ Coordinate with SCM on daily basis for the procurement /Collection of stores Indented.
