∎ Requirement:
∎ - 3+ years steward/waiter/ waitress experience in a bakery, café, restaurant or counter service setting
∎ - Familiarity with POS (Point-of-Sales), order management system and restaurant operations
∎ - Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
∎ Qualifications:
∎ - 3 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a steward, waiter, waitress or relevant role.
∎ - Must have deep knowledge and experience of customer service, customer engagement methods and techniques, and follow standard operation procedure.

∎ Espresso Lounge, a distinguished blend of an up-scale coffee house, artisanal bakery, and restaurant offering an exquisite experience in continental cuisine and culinary sophistication, located in the heart of Banani’s premier location.
∎ Key responsibilities and duties:
∎ 1. Greeting patrons, and if needed, confirming, taking reservations and escorting guests to tables
∎ 2. Answering phone calls and giving basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours and services
∎ 3. Preparing for guests by cleaning and setting tables
∎ 4. Setting up any seasonal decorations, candles, or table cloths
∎ 5. Assisting guests by providing menus; keeping menus clean and presentable
∎ 6. Serving water to guests and refilling beverage glasses as needed
∎ 7. Placing and replacing silverware as needed
∎ 8. Delivering beverages from the barista and juice station
∎ 9. Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, and salt and pepper containers
∎ 10. Directing guests to restrooms or exits as needed
∎ 11. Clearing table as guests complete their meals and preparing tables for next guests
∎ 12. Following and maintaining all sanitation and safety procedures
∎ 13. Assists in cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and other duties as needed
∎ 14. Additional duties may include assisting kitchen staff with preparing salads, appetizers, or desserts; adding garnishes or decorations to food
