∎ Requirement:
∎ - 3+ years front-of-house experience in a bakery, café, restaurant or counter service setting
∎ - Familiarity with POS and delivery applications
∎ - Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
∎ Qualifications:
∎ - 3 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a Barista, Counter attendant or relevant role.
∎ - Must have deep knowledge and experience of customer service, coffee making methods and techniques, and follow standard operation procedure.

∎ 1. A professional, friendly, and positive attitude
∎ 2. Proficiency in communication and current technology
∎ 3. Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
∎ 4. Make coffee & other beverage orders to fill customer requests
∎ 5. Ability to work within systems and follow standard practices set by management
∎ 6. Ability to multitask effectively, such as preparing drinks while talking to customers
∎ 7. Ability to learn quickly and present information clearly
∎ 8. Ability to thrive in a team environment9. Ability to remain calm in a high-volume environment
∎ 10. Willingness to pivot and adapt as Espresso Lounge needs evolve and grow
