∎ B.Sc in IPE/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Apparels Manufacturing Technology)/ Post Graduate in Mathematics, Statistic will be given preference.
∎ Bachelor / Masters of any discipline from reputed Public or Private University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control production floor administration.
∎ To check attendance report and production report.
∎ To make sure buyer compliance issue and housekeeping.
∎ Fixed up the target for the production line to meet the delivery date.
∎ Monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems occur.
∎ To check the manpower and overtime.
∎ To check the materials and input.
∎ To ensure quality product as per buyer requirement.
∎ Reduce re-work/ Un-necessary work.
∎ To follow properly utilization of Men, Machine and Materials.
∎ Discussion with other team members (like merchants, warehouse manager, cutting team, planning, IE team)
∎ Planning and organizing production schedule.
∎ Verify and adjustment of floor management through balancing of machine and skill operation.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication in English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
∎ Good Counseling capability.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
