• 3–5 years in merchandising of EVA, PVC, or injected footwear

• Knowledge of mold-based production processes is essential

• Additional Requirements:

• Organized and deadline-driven with strong coordination skills

• Familiar with vendor and raw material dynamics for synthetic footwear

• Working knowledge of costing, BOM, and mold change cycles

Allure Leathers produces a wide range of footwear including EVA and PVC sandals for the wholesale market. We are hiring a Merchandiser to manage development and production timelines for these categories, ensuring quality, cost, and speed-to-market alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end development of EVA and PVC sandal styles from sampling to bulk production

• Maintain T&A schedules and track status of molds, raw materials, and approvals

• Collaborate with design and PD teams to finalize aesthetics, specs, and BOMs

• Ensure timely sourcing and availability of materials (straps, soles, buckles, EVA sheets, etc.)

• Follow up with production and QC teams on style execution and batch quality

• Prepare and update costing sheets, style files, and line summaries

• Liaise with sales and marketing teams for product launch coordination

• Maintain records for molds, tooling changes, and seasonal line planning
