• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• Strong knowledge of garments manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

• Clear understanding of AQL standards, buyer requirements, and inspection systems.

• Experience in conducting PP meetings, inline, and final inspections

• Ability to identify quality issues and provide effective corrective solutions.

• Familiar with fabric, trims, and garment testing requirements as per buyer standards.

• Good skills in inspection report preparation and documentation.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with factories, merchandisers, and production teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple styles and deadlines.

• Willingness to visit factories and work on the production floor as required.

• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

• Take full responsibility for the quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process, including incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspection and testing.

• Ensure the requirements and standard quality of buyer while production.

• Plan and conduct PP meetings, inline inspections, and final inspections; identify quality risks and provide practical solutions to resolve issues.

• Prepare inspection and quality reports accurately and submit them to management on time.

• Monitor daily production status and ensure quality compliance at each stage of production.

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure shipments move on time without quality compromise.

• Ensure all buyer-required tests (fabric, trims, garment, etc.) are completed and approved prior to shipment.

• Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure they are implemented effectively and within timelines.

• Conduct and support product, system, compliance, and surveillance audits to maintain and improve quality standards.

• Provide technical guidance and quality support to factories and suppliers to improve product quality and reduce defects.

• Identify recurring quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives across suppliers.
