• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong knowledge of garments merchandising (Knit, Woven, Pullover).

• Good negotiation skills for costing and pricing with buyers.

• Strong organizing and planning skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate with buyers, factories, QC, and production teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.

• Able to work under pressure and ensure on-time shipment.

• Willing to visit factories as required.

• Must have adequate knowledge of garments merchandising, especially Knit, Woven, and Pullover products.

• Monitor and follow up on all sampling and production activities to ensure timelines are met.

• Prepare and maintain QC files, including approved samples and all related documents.

• Maintain proper merchandising communication records, reports, and documentation.

• Participate in weekly QC and production follow-up meetings.

• Manage day-to-day issues to ensure on-time shipment with required quality standards.

• Must be able to understand current market trends and buyer purchasing behavior.

• Strong knowledge of garment costing and pricing; capable of price negotiation with buyers to reach mutually acceptable terms.

• Oversee and ensure regular updates to buyers regarding production status, sampling, lab dips, and approvals.

• Ensure proper execution of orders according to the approved Time & Action (T&A) Plan to achieve right quality, quantity, and delivery time.

• Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipment.
