Responsibilities & Context:
Obtain buyers' order (SMS and/ or confirmed) details (tech-pack, PO, SC, MLC etc.) from marketing.
Forward buyers' PO, SC and Master LC to Commercial team.
Confirm materials booking/ PO through ERP as per the production TNA.
Collect PI from supplier.
Check detail description, terms & conditions of PI and ensure that the PI is workable as per commercial and banking norms.
Upload the PI in ERP and forward to commercial for opening B2B LC/ TT/ FDD.
Cross check shipping documents as per booking pi and bank norms all information, packing list, invoice and bl
Follow up original documents and local documents Ensure Erp entry and Mrr on time
Collect materials for making the garments sample as per the buyers' order demand.
Communicate with marketing team to update the improve price in ERP.
Review the inventory report and check the materials in house status randomly to avoid any last-minute problem in production.
Attend PP meeting.
Ensure timely delivery of Garments and provide Packing list to HO commercial duly.
Any other task assigned by management time to time.
