Experience:
Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and personnel file management
Ensure comprehensive compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Code of Conduct (CoC), and buyer standards
Maintain, update, and preserve all compliance-related documents, registers, and reports
Conduct recruitment related tasks such as interviews, prepare job descriptions, appointment letter preparations and training formats.
To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. Should know to face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, NIRAPON, HIGG-FEM and C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.
To monitor daily worker safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & root cause analysis.
To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively.
Conduct various training programs (orientation, compliance, safety, anti-harassment, HR policies, etc.)
Maintain all WPC (Workers’ Participatory Committee) related tasks as a secretary.
Draft all kinds of applications for various Government related departments on factory certification & license.
Prepare HR and compliance reports for management and buyers.
Prepare manual attendance card, attendance sheet, all OT sheet, allowance sheet, Salary sheet (Staff & Worker), Bonus sheet, earn leave sheet, increment sheet, Leave Register (staff & workers’ payment related all documents).
Lead employee relations and handle disciplinary procedures in a lawful manner Work closely with management to implement HR policies and continuous improvement initiatives
